Ok so I’m a Capricorn. We do not have mean looks on our face. It’s just that we have a BS-o-meter that activates within a 5 mile radius. You say pessimistic, I say logical and realistic. The other thing is Capricorns age in reverse. We become more fun and impulsive as we get older. Emotionally abusive?? Nah. We’re emotional but we don’t wear our hearts on our sleeve. Capricorn’s do complain a lot and always have some sort of internal struggle that’s usually based on vanity (I.e. “ they are against me”, “he’s so obsessed with me and won’t leave me alone” etc) what’s worse is that they don’t unpack the struggle and address how they contributed to the problem, Caps are never wrong in their book. They do tend to be very robotic and romance can be a huge struggle for them especially for Cap women. They need someone that really understands their drive. My Capricorn friends are very status focus but also very cheap, frugal and financially calculated. They are also Very much so opportunists, if they can get a discount get it for free or get it at the expense of someone else, they’ll take it

I think the most on point thing you stated was the facade. It is A LOT of smoke and mirrors with dark sides Caps. This is a sign that hates having other people see them swear and is all about appearances. They will present themselves in one way but behind closed doors be a totally different way.

I set up my life to be as perfect as possible so when people cause something in my life to go wrong, it's a PROBLEM. That one thing will knock everything else off schedule. It affects my time, money and other resources.
I know this sounds narcissistic but nothing matters more to me than ME. I don't think about others long enough to think they're jealous or worry about how I look to others or lifting others up. I'm too busy securing my happiness.
I don't mean to come off as a know it all, it's just when I look at the moves others make and the life they lead it looks questionable. It's counterintuitive to trust someone when almost everything they do fails.

I'm starting to think so otherwise I wouldn't be here I'm learning I'm of the dark moon Lilith Capricorn but my boyfriend is a double Cappy moon and sun and he's a very dark moon Capricorn.
I just remembered the only friend I ever had to cut off and she was a Capricorn. She would regularly leave us (my college roommates, there was 4 of us) to pay the tab for certain things. For example, we got an Uber many times and everyone would pay their share except her. She did the same thing when we went to Virginia Beach. Everyone paid their share except her. She complained a lot but she did acknowledge she may have some physiological problems and did see a therapist. She wrote very dark poems at times about being depressed. She would instigate things between us. It never worked with me but she def almost caused a rift between my two college roommates. She was always very thirsty to go out and party. And this is what cause her downfall because she took my friends phone, unlocked it and texted my friend’s crazy ex to come pick them up from the club.

My opinions is like anyone if you've been hurt, damaged or left for dead you tend to over compensate be overly protective and operate out of defense rather then allowing ones self to heal and look on the best and brighter side. Everyone is not out to destroy or hurt you. You get back the same energy you put out. Some operate in low vibrations. Operate in high vibrations. No one is perfect.
I really appreciate this video. I can't speak for all Caps, but I KNOW i need some tough love/advice sometimes. I've noticed in myself how negative/despondent i can be. At times, I've even had to stop myself from complaining to my friends about my woes once I realized how redundant I must come off. I've even realized how, in past relationships...where I convinced myself I was the "good guy", alot of the drama that happened was a direct effect of some of my dark behaviors. They weren't intentional behaviors, but certainly were powerful enough to create unstable foundations. Thank you for this info!!

Lmfao that explains why I don't do well with Capricorns (especially dealing with a recent crush and ex boss)- they don't like being called out when they are in the wrong, because I don't do well with disrespect from them and they think being jerks is being "structured". Yes Caps have this scowl always on their face. They never smile or tend to not be happy, it's like who hurt them! They also hate when others are happy. If they're not happy, you sure as hell won't be happy. Caps look at people as empty vessels so if you have nothing to offer they will move on. Im a Capricorn and when I was younger I def had some of those traits. When I was depressed and I created friendships around shallow people with shallow values I was able to blend in. And now when I work in a professional environment I can blend in. I agree that Capricorn’s can definitely create a facade. I am also a Leo rising and cancer moon. So I come off as very intimidating and self absorbing. When in all actuality I just want to succeed and sometimes when Capricorn’s see others succeeding they try to find a way to make themselves look like they are succeeding even more. But anyway now that I have found myself more I have more of a consistent attitude towards life and I try to work and save my money. I’m a Capricorn to the T.. So I can definitely agree. But I’m seasoned so I know how I am. So I don’t hurt my children or mother and grandma.. Anyone else is a victim.
