I honestly don't understand why you focused on Jimin here. Jungkook initiates at least as much physical and verbal affection with Jimin as Jimin does with JK. And I don't think any of it is vulgar. It seems to come from how much they care about each other. Jungkook made it extremely clear that he loved traveling with Jimin, even saying the 3 AYS trips they did together were his favorites of all the trips he's ever taken.
