Im thinking about getting into dirt bikes. Im 52 years old and have never owned a bike. Im a boat person. I live in north GA so plenty of trails to explore. This Yama looks like the perfect starter bike. I just wish it had a fuel gauge.
Hey @jb_likes_to_farm are you a beginner? Since you are practically 6 foot tall you would need the ttr-230 but if you have ridden a bike and have a little experience I would recommend the yz250f
@@aaronkeller1305 yessir! I’d definitely get some hours in it before you hit limiter…. Watch my video it’s not a brappapapapa limiters it’s a single note but screamkng 12k rpm
I would say try the Yamaha ttr-230 that is a bigger trail bike and it would have a little more power for you.. the ttr-125 is a youth bike…. Do you live anywhere close to southern Missouri or northern Arkansas
@@SylersGarage thanks someone else told me the ttr-230 aswell so i will probably pick it up. im near chicago so riding is gonna be hard i wish i lived where you are man you be having a blast on that thing
@@bendaaa69 Chicago huh? Well if you ever were to make a trip down towards Branson mo I live in that area and I have a partnership with Yamaha of Harrison Arkansas

Heck yeah how tall are you? I’m 5’6 and my knees bend when I sit on it, if you are taller than me I would recommend the TTR230
The YZ250FX can rip threw the trailssssss
Hey, I was looking to get a TTR-125 for my first bike but I'm 14 and 5'11 and not sure if it's a good bike for me
