I used the Octoplus Software to bypass MDM Lock on a Samsung S23 Ultra. And it permanently bypassed it. You have to use credits but they are not too expensive and is affordable. The license price is also affordable as well. P.S. There are a bit of limitations on the device but not very huge ones. The device will still work perfectly fine as if it were a brand new phone.
