Fantastic video, i currently have bilateral pain in both trigger points, its unrelenting and I cannot sit nor drive more than 30 min, also very sore is the sacrum and coccyx. MRIs unremarkable. In your opinion could the nerves passing through the sacrum cause the bilateral pain?

Very informative vid, seems to be exactly the problem I have had for two years. I also have a slight pelvic tilt, since my right leg is about 2 cm longer, what can I do about it? 🤷♂️

That has got to be a South African accent lol. Either way, I won’t really use this information anywhere but I enjoyed the video regardless. You’re a great teacher ❤
This is wonderful information. I had my Piriformis muscle removed last year because it was picking my sciatic nerve. But I still have sciatic pain. Any suggestions. Probably having a second surgery.
@@helenafranca4077 it’s not a routine surgery because it’s so new for peripheral nerve surgery. Not having the muscle really doesn’t affect my body but I still have pain.
Thank you for your feedback and for following our channel. If you are still feeling sciatic pain after having partial piriformis removal, you must seek advice from your medical team. Often a small adjustment/further surgery may be required, but conservative treatment should also me considered. Good luck to you!
New Zealand? This is explaining why I got so much pain. I had an operation on my vertebrae.
