Call to Arms - Gates of Hell: Ostfront is aimed to convey the realism that strategy players have always desired: Historically accurate visuals and locations, no health bars, no simplifications, no shortcuts taken. Offering unrivalled immersion to give the most legitimate WWII RTS/RTT to date.
If you have long been waiting for a game that depicts the daring stories read in the books and you crave for a platform that allows you to recreate the battles you imagined from documentaries, then look no further: It is time to enter the Gates of Hell.
The DLC for Call to Arms features the Eastern Front and its “Great Patriotic War” fought between the USSR and Germany. This will take you from June 1941 until the end of the war in May 1945. The game will depict the evolution of the armies and technology during the most devastating conflict of human history.
All the maps and locations have been painstakingly recreated after thorough research from WWII documents combined with satellite and period photo-reconnaissance data.
Single Player missions are based on battle reports and veterans’ stories, delivering authenticity to the maximum extent possible.

PvE Dynamic campaign to develop your army and fight for the whole frontline.
Peer-2-server PvP multiplayer with doctrines to specialize your armies and competitive gamemodes.

Hi! My name is Samuel, what's up? I am 27 years old and live in Canada (I am Dutch though!). Thanks for checking out my channel. I would love to see the Devs add the US, UK and Japan to the game at some point, or at least release a western-front themed dlc
I assume they will add nations over time, but they have to make them from scratch and it takes some time

M22 is best tank. I mean look at it for its size its fairly quick and can deal with opponents about 5x its size.

The Japanese and Soviets most certainly did fight, on Separate occasions, Sept. of 1939 and August of 1945.

Hello...too easy, the AI needs to be improved, in what difficulty was this match? and how about putting the possibility of paratroopers being launched anywhere on the map? Are you part of the development team for that game?
I am not part of the dev team, this is on the 2nd highest difficulty, 3 out of 4 playing a modded version of the game

combat mission series better
Uhh CM is good, im playing some now, but they are so different, id argue they are incomparable, ofc CM you play in WeGo mode
@@theShermanator this game is soo unrealistic specially when you have realistic damage turned on, this game is soo barebones for gameplay whi;le combat has so much better gameplay mechanics. its not simple as see a unit and fire bam its a hit it actually has 3d damge modifireyers.
its like that space game i cant remember the name but it had 3d dameges then they made the sequel RNG based.
ok what im trying to say is that this game is more RNG whle the other is more Realistic. its like Rome Total War vs Rome Total War 2. 2 being more barebones and has no real gameplay mechanics its who ever preses that magic botton. first wins
I have an issue of them using a tank , a Locust, in a game where less than a dozen ever saw battle, the thing is the size of a VW bug

Its the game and a number and a number of things they have included in it, Dont get me wrong, its a hundred times better than world of tanks one of your readers called me a nerd , yup I am a military history nerd ,with a boat load of experience. PS I have been in a locust (cute little critter)
