there's a reason why it's classified as "high-profile". smaller cases are not tossed to the backburner just because they're smaller cases. they're revisited once there are available resources. that's part of the reason why even after decades, people are still being prosecuted for the crimes they thought they escaped from. in every aspect of our lives, we classify things in order of urgency and importance because there's a limit on how much we can work on simultaneously.
Maybe a modified dentist model? Low power would not require shielding unless in immediate proximity. Remote activation could be an easy thing. But ... maybe not.

It is interesting how little screw ups like the one the SWAT van made when they didn't pull up close enough to the wanted guy which allowed him to simply drive around them and off on a pursuit. I see this same mistake made all the time when units are trying to box in a car on a pursuit.
Tragic about the Blackburn children. Thing is they were innocent souls and so no doubt passed the entry exam into heaven. Likely not the case for the mom and dad. There is the major tragedy. We are all connected. Every sin affects the entire community of humanity; resources, grace for advancement, increase in need for Justice penalties by our loving creator. I wish the outcome could have been better. Maybe forceful entry earlier on could have saved some .... but speculation is just that. AND who as a member of SWAT would want to use lethal force in an area where innocent and unpredictable children were known to be? Where would they have wound up? State run child care? Thats brutal as well.

No, all drugs should be legalized. That way you take the market out of the hands of criminal organisations. As a result the quality of the product will become better while prices and crime rates will go down. Secondly, as it is now a legal business, you can tax the profits. From a moral point of view, it is not up to a government to decide which substances a person is allowed to consume and which not. As an adult, you should be trusted to be intelligent and wise enough to make that determination yourself. And the war against drugs is a war you can't win anyway. People will always use substances. They always have done and they always will in their quest to find something more than this. Like with all wars, there are only losers in this fight...
This USED to be a great program until they either changed production companies, or got new people on board at the old company. Nothing worse than the "swish" "swish" "swish" sound effects and the completely unnecessary zooming in and out along with those sound effects. So it is my guess that anything following Season 5 is going to be contaminated with all that garbage.
