I found this by way of ten second tunes channel and it both reopened that wound, and started to fill the void. Thank you for the attention to detail in capturing their essence. It is spot on, and could have been them playing it.

I loved so much Ville Valo' s version of rebel yell, I always thought one of Ville' s inspirations was Pete, sometimes he managed to hit those low notes like he did. Your version is gold!!! You are highly talented sir!!
I've listened to a couple of your covers, and this is actually the first one i thoroughly enjoyed. It feels more dynamic, having vocals in the style of both Pete and Kenny but musically it also presents more twists and turns. Very much in the vein of Type O Negative. People also tend to forget that Type of Negative was about much more than doom and gloom, mixing up their doom and goth metal stylings with beatlesque pop melodies, straight up punk and proto thrash. Peters dark and absurdist humour also shone through even on their darkest albums. This is one song I can actually imagine the guys covering.
One thing that is absolutely astounding to me, is your vocal range! You can hit Peter Steele Low notes AND King Diamond high notes!! Unreal! You're one truly talented dude!!

I think you've squarely taken the reins of the Type O Negative legacy, as the only viable creator of new content, that is both inventive and hard to discern from the original artist. I used to follow them around on tours, and I'd gladly pay to see this tribute act live. Epic work.
