The way me and my brother play so much fun, power up thru every transformation, straight brawling, swap Ins and ground grab chases into ultimates. This is the PERFECT game when not playing ranked against maxed out characters
When you get into Power struggles aka both of you grabbing at the same time, hold square to progress your bar and then kinda tap it once it reaches the top to keep it there
I’m honestly considering learning Ginyu just to push rank. I LOVE SSJ4 Gogeta, he’s my favorite fusion but i’m SO sick of fighting him and UI every other match. And whats crazy is that as soon as you steal a Gogeta player’s body, they either RQ or expose that they can’t play without mashing 😭😭

Metal cooler can't charge ki because the game probably treats him like an android and in tenkaichi the androids have always had constantly regenerating ki at the cost of no manual ki charging
No we transfrom one at a time its fun to do so berto. Its the same as you could of picked ss1 trunks from the start but you didnt and you wanted to transform
Breh, what game had the transformations as left d-pad? There is some muscle memory left from whatever game had it, and I keep doing the same as you: pressing up d-pad to switch, but it’s just transformations. Swapped them in my controls. No more mistakes. What game was it? Jump Force? Raging Blast?
Metal Cooler and other Android character's can't charge Ki unless it's to go into Max Power/Sparking. To counteract this, they're the only characters that can charge to Full Ki passively over time instead of other characters that only charge the first 2 or 3 bars passively. Also, in past games, you charge slower in water, but the Androids don't. I dunno if that's a thing in this one or not though. The only exceptions to these Android Rules are Mecha Frieza and Cell, cuz they're more organic than android. Obviously, this aspect of them is a double edged sword. On one hand, you can't charge. On the other, you don't NEED to charge. Basically, you can stay up in the opponent's face and melee them 24/7 to stop them from charging without needing to worry about actually charging yourself. Plus, you'll be charging passively the whole time, so if you're good with melee and manage your Ki well, you can throw multiple B2s at someone without them ever getting a single one off, and in this game where the B2s do busted amounts of damage, that alone is a game changer.
When you go into sparking mode how donyou kmock the opponent back like that? Ive been trying to hold square down while doing that rush attack in sparking mode, but it comes out slow for me.

When youre hitting them with a combo in sparking mode how do you knock them up and teleport to them? I can knock them up with triangle/y up but cant teleport after that

Yep already know the guy your fighting is using classic controls and since you are using standard the game bugs out his button mapping and he can only use half of the skills he has which is why you keep seeing cooler using finger blitz all the time. Because of the bug he cannot switch characters because that has also been remapped, his skills got mapped to the same button inputs. I'm not saying he is good but I am saying he is limited. His melee controls still work normal tho.

Berto another option you can do after sending someone flying instead of instant vanishing is using the dash into heavy attack to throw off the timing
Chiaotzu and Yajirobe are amazing. If you stall long enough and get 5 ki you can FULLY heal with a senzu bean
