It's kinda cool to see a community love a band this much. I think we are all kindred spirits. It takes a special type of person to love this band as much as us.
I became a TON fan in 1996, freshman year high school. I kind of hid it though.. haha My friends only all listened to only Thrash, like myself. One day I came out of the metal closet, and said. I have to tell you all something. I love Type O Negative. Everyone was silent except one dude. Sticks his hand out to shake, and said I thought i was alone. Haha. Glad you all found them, there are horribly underrated. I miss seeing them and hearing new music I was very fortunate to be able to be a part of the scene back then and get to meet the people that made amazing music. i don't think i'll ever fully accept the fact that i'm never going to meet peter steele. it's unbearable. what a great man he was.
I think he would hate u
I feel the same way. 😭💔
@@henryhollanda4301 Peter didn't hate anyone especially not his fans.
@@lorettasearcy1471 Were you his friend?
@@henryhollanda4301 never met him, but I've heard people that knew him say that.
A breakdown? No my friend..a divine marriage of bass...baritone...guitar...drums...keys and unbridled lyrical poetry
I think ToN sound was very different from other bands.Peter was the actor of his own life into his songs.I hope you can understand what i'm trying to say.
He really felt what he sangs, what he wrote. He gaves a real drammatic taste to his voice and It was unique and so good!
I love looking his hands mooving on his bass. But he had some good pedal too.
It's very sad how he get away his Life 'cause he always felt not good enough...
Always in my heart.
Sorry..."into his songs"..
Depression is a goat-blowing bitch. So is addiction.
Homem incrível Peter sttele ❤
God, what a band and what a show
Just found this band and absolutely love them
Unreal how much talent they have
One of my favorite songs by my favorite band. RIP Peter...you are missed!
And somewhere in this crowd my parents headbang to this.whish i could switch with them...
I was 12 years old when mtv showed me the Christian woman video. I was like wtf is this? Glad to see the younger generations appreciating the drab four.
Почему я нашёл эту группу только сейчас? Это же потрясающее 😱😭
Я тоже поздно нашёл
Peter was like an idol to me. I miss him dearly. Wolf Moon was my favorite off of October Rust. It's cool to see it professionally filmed and available to fans. I got to see Type O in 2003 when I was l5. It was such an awesome concert and they had Lacuna Coil open up for them! it awesome.
I saw that same tour in Ohio! Met Christina from Lacuna Coil and got the chance to tell her I had been importing their CDs from Italy for years at that point. An AMAZING show. Both bands were on fire that night! Great memories.
The 28th day
She'll be bleeding again and
In lupine ways
We'll alleviate the pain
Unholy water
Sanguine addiction
Those silver bullets
A last blood benediction
It is her moon time
When there's iron in the air
A rusted essence
Woman may I know you're there
Unholy water
Sanguine addiction
Those silver bullets
A last blood benediction
Hey wolf moon
Come cast your spell on me
Hey wolf moon
Come cast your spell on me
Don't spill a drop dear
Let me kiss the curse away
Yourself in my mouth
Will you leave me with your taste?
Hey wolf moon
Come cast your spell on me
Hey wolf moon
Come cast your spell on me
Beware
The woods at night
Beware
The lunar light
So in this gray haze
We'll be meating again
And on that great day
I will tease you all the same
Unholy water
Sanguine addiction
Those silver bullets
A last blood benediction
Hey wolf moon
Come cast your spell on me
Hey wolf moon
Come cast your spell on me
Beware
The woods at night
Beware
The lunar light
Thanks for lyrics. Josh's hair is incredible!
I hope he mounted it behind glass when he had it cut off. 🫤
One of my All-Time Favorites.
Wolf Moon, she's more sad today... :(
He was a great artist and a good person.
I know he's in a good place now. He believed, and it wasn't too late.
R.I.P. Peter Steele. Thanks for all those amazing songs.
You'll never be forgotten...
Man that change at 1:02 still gave me chills. There sound is like a mythical soundtrack with bits of demons and devils sprinkled in!! Ha ha Miss TON big time
what a voice 🔥🔥🤘🤘
Лучшая группа ... Моя молодость да и жизнь... Я даже языка не знал.. это с пьяну....
Does anyone else become engulfed in goosebumps listening to Type O Negative? I have been listening to them since I was 12. I am 41 now and without fail I am taken over by goosebumps and instant peace as I was when I first heard them. Incredible the power of this music if you really feel it. 💚🖤💚. I would be a fool to give up a feeling like this band gives me. Sonic orgasm!
there is a current band called October Noir that sounds spot on....they even do some Type O covers.
Incredible. Hearing this for the first time in my life! I’m a lifelong metal fan. How did I miss them?!
I'm loving all the hair. RIP Peter.. one of my FAVORITE Type O songs. I totally binged on all their albums today. Can't get enough
Fortunate enough to see Pete and crew twice. Amazing doesn’t do it justice. The man was the definition of an enlightened animal.
years go by but the essence of listening to Type O never changes, the feeling is always the same, until eternity, Green Man.
So sad i never got to see these guys live. One of my favorite bands of all time. I remember my high school boyfriend gave me world coming down on cd. Best gift ever.
8 years ago, or maybe more... i lost the band that i adore.
They moved my heart
I just discovered this live video 2 days ago, and I can't stop to watch and listen to it. Peter's voice is just unique and one of my biggest regrets is to never have had the opportunity to see them live. Nothing sounds like Type O Negative today Peter is eternal and truly missed !
Wow.....his voice could shatter continents! What power!
everytime I hear TON live I'm blown away by the sheer brilliancy of this band - great musicians all of them, excellent songwriting and a frontman that was out of this world.
Peter was truly incredible
That shot of Peter around 2:08 is iconic.
I wish I could have seen them live. This band’s music truly takes you on a journey.
Why did he have to go so soon!! Best metal voice ever !!😢
Happy birthday to this magnificent and amazing singer...
We miss you everyday Peter 💚💔🖤
R.I.P. Peter Steele. I'm sure he's singing to the angels in heaven as we speak.
A atmosfera imposta pelos teclados do Josh é impressionante!!!
Он просто небожитель! Великолепен во всем! Люблю его!
16 people who disliked this video are deaf and blind. I feel sorry for them... :(
Sorry for late answer, but it was my neigbour. All of them sadly.
Legendary Voice of Peter Steele.
I used to see his crazy awesome 85’ Grand Prix and was like that is sooooo Road Warrior.
When I am in Prospect Park , I try to visit his Memorial Tree and Dedicated Bench.
11 years have passed and Peter has not been forgotten.
What a performance...RIP Pete Steele
God bless America..
Love You Peter ❤️🔥 forever
It's amazing how they layer the vocals and all the instruments like that, a real symphony. Peter was a genius 💚
Peter was born on my daughter's birth and passed on my husband's birthday....rip Peter. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ love my type o!!!!!!
25 years ago I barely discovered Peter Steele's And his brothers....
Type O Negative.... saw them with Ozzy Osbourne.. OzzFest...97.. since then they became my top 3 favorites.
That's the first show I saw them at also. What a line-up of bands.
❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
I never thought it would end.
