F Zero Suite? They played a tiny bit of the melody from Mute City and Big Blue! This is like putting a drop of vodka into a glass of Mott's Orange Juice and calling it a "screwdriver"
The drum guy was getting WAYYY too excited by that drum. He was all over the place! I'll also bet that most of the orchestra didn't know what F-Zero is! If F-Zero was one of the first games you played, like this! Let's see how many people enjoyed the game as a kid
QTR Gaming "From 0:00 to 1:34" Imagine the Race taking place on a tropical planet on a hot near the sea. The racer's are gearing up and doing last minute checkup on their machines at the hanger. While making his way to the Blue Falcon, Captain Falcon brushes shoulders with Goroh. The two exchange sharp glances at one another for a few seconds, "May the best racer win" Goroh uttered with a grin. Captain simply nodded and continue on walking to the cockpit of the Blue Falcon. All the Racer's have all entered and started their machines as the waited for the countdown to commence. (1:35-1:45)
The dude with the hand-drum was so into it, I got into it right there with him. And then he quiets, and they pick up - chills. This is absolutely wonderful, beautiful on many levels. It hits right in the nostalgia place.
Not enough horns. They get muddled in the strings more than once. If I didn't know F-Zero, I would say this is a great stand alone piece. Compared to other performances of similar subjects, it's... different. When I imagine F-Zero, I can see racers moving at high and dangerous speeds. You have to risk everything just for a shot at winning and being the greatest. 2nd place is just the first place loser. This does not really convey that message. It conveys a sort of impending doom. I actually have to ask where Big Blue is heard? I have to ask where Captain Falcon is? Where is the F-Zero. It's not bad as an F-Zero performance. It's good as a standalone piece. Definitely a second place.
Silence replaced Port Town in Knight League, the way Sand Ocean replaced Red Canyon in Knight League. Each version has three different versions of Mute City, Knight League's elective course is Big Blue, Queen League's elective course is White Land I and II, and King League's elective course is Fire Field.
The original Mute City Melody from Snes sounds more like a Trumpet. Piano Interpretations are very very good, too (Search for "F-Zero Mute City / Big Blue Medley").
@@Decapitationtrain yeah, it could still have the races and stuff but powered with magic instead of technology or a mix of both but yes of course it would be very different but so is this version of the music.
This was awesome !! Music is a form of expression and I liked their version, why do some people find this horrible is beyond me...but I guess everyone is entitled to their own opinion.
That's a pretty weak and uninspired rendition of Big Blue. Just because it's orchestral doesn't mean it has to be slow-tempo. Should have done it in the style of Howard Hanson or Respighi.
This was fantastic...as a musical piece. As a tribute to F-Zero it was quite honestly awful. It didn't give that awesome sense of mind-blowing, heart-pounding speed that marks the series' gameplay. They would have been better off without the djembe, although tympani and cymbals are perfect for F-Zero. Brass and strings would have been the best things to have noticeable in a F-Zero orchestral piece. Rapid, flowing, and powerful.
This does the song no justice. In my eyes (or would it be ears in this case lol) you have to hear the guitar and drums to really enjoy the song to its full potential. That, and the guy at the beginning was annoying with that drum...
This...was really underwhelming. The reason there's so much metal of various sub-genres in F-Zero is because it is a VERY intense game, and the soundtrack carries that. These are machines that hurtle around a twisting, winding three-dimensional track at upwards of 1,200mph. This slow dramatic stuff just doesn't cut it.
Saw this in he related tab. At first I was like how the hell do you make an orchestral peice from cheesy metal songs. Glady surprised. Also 5 stars (or "like" now) just for the crazy drummr at the beginning
Horrific orchestration. Aside from some minute use of the main melodies of the songs, it's a completely original work. It doesn't even keep a consistent rhythm like the in-game songs do. Go check out Nintendo's OFFICIAL orchestration of the Big Blue theme in Smashing Live's "Great Medley". Full song, keeping to the source material, with a solid rhythm.
This is a pretty ridiculous piece. The guy playing the drum was really good but didn't really contribute much to the song aside from 3:25. Him and the snare drum player were out of sync sometimes, too.
this is pretty weak, i can barely tell it's f-zero. for the first almost two minutes i thought the whole video was a troll. the best performance of this soundtrack imo is Mell Laurant on youtube.
*HYPED DRUMMER SMASHING THE STUFF WITH PASSION*
Squig Rattlehead that’s Rony barrak
i feel him
bruh, i had no idea Dracula could go so hard on the bongo's - mad respect to him for following his dreams

I wish there was more F-ZERO in my F-ZERO suite
Does anybody else think that the beginning drummer looks like John travolta from pulp fiction
more like mix of him and mr bean
i'm fuckign weak!! lmao
what the fuck with you
he is arab...
Yes😂
Bro looks like Syl from The Sopranos.

I agree. This was... well, let's just say a Big Blue if it was the intro to an F-0 movie.
totally, this doesnt reflect the race but like the universe around it (or parts of an imagined version of it)
the drummer looks like hes having the time of his life! lol! hes so in to it! it makes it enjoyable to watch!
......what the fuck was the beginning?
uhh... bongos?
Try fast forwarding it 4x.
passion
DK final smash
clearly they portray f-zero as we know and love it xD
Why is John Travolta playing some random drums on an F-Zero Tribute?
There should have been and f-zero curtain or poster dropped, hanging over the last rows of the orchestra, during the beginning of that piece.
2:46 best part
not that the drumming wasnt awesome but it wasn't really integrated well into the song...
Absolutely beautiful!
that Lone Drummer needs a Final Smash.

3:45 the flute section wind-up for the epic heroic version of Big Blue
Mute City Never sounded more Epic!!
karatebuff: needs more metal.
Please skip to 1:30 for the actual song. overly passionate drummer has to stop.
DaveDream lmaooo xD
Thanks.
If F-Zero was a fantasy adventure film this is what would sound in the beginning.
So... If F-Zero was nothing like F-Zero?
@@Decapitationtrain yeah, it could still have the races and stuff but powered with magic instead of technology or a mix of both but yes of course it would be very different but so is this version of the music.

did these people even play f-zero?
yes they did
c'est vrai aucune ressemblence
aucune ressemblance
Before you say an orchestra can't do this material justice, check out smashing live.

Very nice!
I wish they'd all play it more aggressive though :/
wow. that guy play in the orchestra symphonic fantasies in cologne 2009 the chrono trigger / chrono cross part. he was also awesome there!
(O.o) Holy sh!t !!! He can do the whole concert alone or what ?!
GOOSEBUMPS every time!
If F-Zero got its own movie that was just as good as the new Super Mario Bros movie and these people did the score.
This would probably suit an F-Zero or Captain Falcon movie.
Yes
3:55 brought tears to my eyes. :,)
Bravo!
I didnt know dracula was that quick with his hands
It is almost as if his whole life lead up to that drum position.
That drum dude is fucking insane
At first I wasn't sure, but then I heard it.
Mute City meets Hyrule. Legendary!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
A small taste.... I feel the F-Zero has more symphonics to come my lads and lady's. Bless.
Rony Barrak ist just pure AWESOMENESS!
wow! nice arrangement :)
This made me want to cry.. not sure why
wow
if f-zero was star wars. like a trilogy. then this would be in the ost :>
You know what? I was thinking that very same thing. Good to know I'm not alone :/
You've got MOOOSE POWER!
Rony Barrak; the best troll in the history of orchestras.
oh dayam... this shit just got serious...fuck yeah..
This does the song no justice. In my eyes (or would it be ears in this case lol) you have to hear the guitar and drums to really enjoy the song to its full potential. That, and the guy at the beginning was annoying with that drum...
FALCON PUNCH!!!EPIC THEME PLAYS!!
Yes, other member did show me this.
Thanks anyway :X
I agree completely
The arangement for Mute City at the beginning was beautiful.
I'll like if the drummer starts kneeing his drum respectively and explosively
I wanna see a F Zero movie
F-zero meets Star wars
That's some Bad-Ass Djembe right there.
Omg Kölner philharmonie!
ahhh i waiting for some1 to shout.... U GOT BOOST POWER!!!!!!
si que se pasaron buenaza gracias
oh my god
@0:48 I AM ENTERTAINED
very epic
That drum guy ruined One-Winged Angel too...
I actually think it's very pretty.
BIG BLUE TOO!
:,)
These songs do more justice for F Zero than the ones used in Mario kart.
Agreed
Dear Lord!
I want to give them my money but I cannot! Where is their storefront!?!?

Well, Rony Barrack showed us his moves.
His Fitbit be like- 10,000 steps. What
Did they adapt and play the music well for an orchestra? Yeah, but we can all agree that the slow tempo doesn't really work out well in this case.
Saw this in he related tab. At first I was like how the hell do you make an orchestral peice from cheesy metal songs. Glady surprised. Also 5 stars (or "like" now) just for the crazy drummr at the beginning

talented nerds
cool
Tablagasm
More like F-Zero SWEET.
エフゼロが実写映画化になるなら、音源はコレだな。
It conjures images of how Square Enix would do a F-Zero game...
I thought I was getting trolled in the beginning lol
Most people would have to do some serious googling to even know what a Darbouka is.
@Cintecian
You raced WITH Samurai Goroh (the fat guy), or did you race AGAINST him?
@dzcomposer Its no Djembe, its tabla ! :P
The drummer is god himself!!
The Big Blue portion made me Falcon Jizz my pants.
it's the reincarnation of tito puente
I wish it was Mute City's theme D:
@BAB13100 I mean that in the best way possible :P
This is a pretty ridiculous piece. The guy playing the drum was really good but didn't really contribute much to the song aside from 3:25. Him and the snare drum player were out of sync sometimes, too.
They just butchered the song. This is not real Mute City
this is pretty weak, i can barely tell it's f-zero. for the first almost two minutes i thought the whole video was a troll. the best performance of this soundtrack imo is Mell Laurant on youtube.
where can i get this drum??
I didnt know Mr Bean/Draula could do that at the begginning
"F Zero: the Movie" be like:
