Remember people! Lower the weight and focus on the DAMN FORM! It’ll actually help with growth!
The first 1 and a half minute, hilarious. subbing instantly
nice tip man there man thx but one quick question can u show how u would do this on other back exercises for example like the lat pulldown or the dumbell row if possible in order to prevent bad form or technique while doing it
This is brilliant.
Love me some bactivation
This is all great but I still have 2000 more push ups to go and 3 chickens to eat.
💪😎👍
Should I row both lats at the same time, or 1 side at a time?
U can feel activation even without weight thanks buddy
Yep yep! Go make some gains homie

I don't know how anyone can doubt nsima being natty, must be being associated with Mark
Not possible according to kinesiology to perform a row without a great deal of bicep involvement...maybe if the weight is " hooked into the elbow" somehow... Or the weight is not gripped by the hand.. In 40 plus yrs spent in gyms ...training halls for judo...highland games etc....despite all the " hacks" ...mind muscle connections .....most of the monster back guys all had horrible form...heaved up the weights...didn't concentrate on the eccentric etc.
I like how he said that with the 5 plates🤣 I totally agree with depression of the shoulder but you need the protraction of the scapula too to get all the benefits and full ROM!
Ahh yes….I’ll have to drop down to ONLY 3 plates. Good idea 🤣
No ego lifting here
@1:02 😂😂
This is awesome!
Thanks fellas
Please add more movie with tips/technique for every part of body. Greeting from Poland !💪🇵🇱
Nice video guys!
Yeah buddy!!
LIGHTWEIGHTTT
Nsima, you often teach isometric contractions? It really skips having to explain to a client what a contraction should feel like when preforming each exercises. They are tasked with finding that feeling each rep. Then the cues like your pistol grip fills in the gaps.
Good
Grrrrrrrreat! (Tony the tiger)
solid vid
Absolutely class, great explanation
Nice. Drop the weight and feel what the movements and load are doing to the muscles. Thanks man!
I also do it one arm at a time. Not pistol grip, but without the thumb. The grip bit was great info tho.
Good information thanks man!
Can i do pull ups with the same shoulder down technique?
great body
I’ll be here
You betta
Dorian Yates with probably one of/if not the best detailed thickest back ever trained with these principles of lat activation especially with the nautilus machine..and before anyone says Ronnies back etc etc, its was never as detailed, dry or as grainy as Dorians as they had different genetics. Go watch 1993 Dorian Yates posing routine and see for yourself. Thanks guys and happy lifting 👍👍
That's more of a rear delt exercise if you take biomechanics into account. Not very efficient at targeting the lats like with all rowing movements.
That is not more rear delt biomechanically look at the angle of the GH joint
