There’s no homeless people so maybe that’s why people feel a little safer there, but there’s also no sidewalks so obviously people driving instead of walking will feel safer. I’m glad I moved out.

*Irvine is the safest city by the parameter of violent crime only. Theft is a huge issue, the driving is appalling due to so many expat drivers. This results in a huge number of car accidents. It’s a joke.
Hi Julia, my wife and I are thinking about leasing in this complex. Would you reccomend it ir not at all? They have an amazing 8 week free, but I'm hesitant because of the bad reviews.
@@JuliaCaban Thank you, Julia. I was there twice trying to check out the property and they turned me down, even telling them that I was going to make a leasing decision on the spot. That tells me a lot about their customer service. I ended up leasing at the Metropolitan down the street and I couldn't be happier. Btw, there was an alarm going off in the leasing area for the 20 minutes that I was there trying to talk to someone, so I do believe it now.
I've lived in Irvine for most of my life, and I honestly hate it here. It's perfect for some people, but it just isn't for those who like exploring. There's just not that much to do, besides shopping at the most basic brand stores. The aesthetics of Irvine are clean but too bland for me. Ironically, I moved to Irvine FROM San Diego, and well, I wasn't a huge fan of there as well (but I liked the downtown parts of SD).

There was a constant problem with fire alarms and ants, not sure if they fixed it, but management didn't seem to care at the time :(
