Which means you can throw out iceball before your opponent throws their projectile and they can block before your iceball hits but you can't block their projectile. And if you ex to eat their projectile they still have time to block because every other projectile is double the speed of iceball.
I will miss Kuai being the one who throws the ice ball.
That is just the coolest move in all of fighting game history.
