In Tadikonda cross roads approximately 30,000 rs per square yard, in Tadikonda approximately 20,000 rs - 25,000 rs per square yard based on road connectivity In pedaparimi one existed open plots venture is there, they are quoting 30,000 rs per square yard In Ponnekallu one new venture is there, they are quoting 15,000 rs
Recently one commercial plot details we got around 200 + square yards. It is very near to airport, they are quoting 35,000 rs - 40,000 rs per square yard
We can see good growth Amrita, cricket stadium, Mangalagiri and national highway are very near E 11 and E 13 Roads also connecting to Guntur - Vijayawada national highway Due to these factors we can see good growth in these locations Thank you for your comment

People are expecting excellent development (big roads, under ground cable/drainage) and lots of companies/hospitals/schools/colleges around this area. distance to Vijayawada bus/railway station is also not high(12km to 20km). If you vist Aparna western meadows, where you see better layout maintenence, they quote 70k to 85k per sqyd. its ~6km away from ORR.
No roads, no sewage, no plan , No Bank Loan, no water, no basic facilities... still all plots above 40K....This will be corrected after two years for sure.
I am from guntur fact is the who visit Amaravati will never invest in this stage, we can invest in hyd with same cost, its been 6 months most of the investor showing interest in vizag compare to Amaravati, not even single luxury hotel shown interest to build a star hotel but we can see most of the star hotel properties are going to vizag. In Hyderabad U need to travel 30 kms from ORR to get a plot at 30,000-50,000 per sq yard. In city it varies from 1.2 lakhs to 3 lakhs per sq yard based on area. In hyderabad if you buy now it takes atleast 20 years for prices to double in city. In Amaravathi if u can invest some 1 cr it would easily double in max 3 years. If u r a investor and have money Amaravathi is best but if u r YSRCP guy trying to just spread hatred no one is going to believe you as same scenario was there in cyberabad. YSR supporters spread hatred saying its waste to invest in hyderabad before 2000. Now same YSR fans compare other areas with hyderabad😂😂😂 By the way constructing luxury hotel is not indication for real estate growth. Jagan made AP beggars state by spreading fake and negative news demolishing the economy. It takes time to build everything.
