We can see good growth Amrita, cricket stadium, Mangalagiri and national highway are very near E 11 and E 13 Roads also connecting to Guntur - Vijayawada national highway Due to these factors we can see good growth in these locations Thank you for your comment

People are expecting excellent development (big roads, under ground cable/drainage) and lots of companies/hospitals/schools/colleges around this area. distance to Vijayawada bus/railway station is also not high(12km to 20km). If you vist Aparna western meadows, where you see better layout maintenence, they quote 70k to 85k per sqyd. its ~6km away from ORR.
