গরমে ঠান্ডা কিছু খাওয়ার ইচ্ছা সবারই। আর সেটা খাঁটি দুধের মাঠা হলে তো আর কথাই নেই। মুন্সিগঞ্জের আলদির মাঠা তাই বেশ জনপ্রিয় ভোজন রসিকদের কাছে।
মুন্সিগঞ্জ জেলার টঙ্গীবাড়ি উপজেলার আলদি বাজার। সেখানকার সবাই কমল ঘোষকে চেনেন মাঠার জন্য। ৩ দশক ধরে ওই বাজারে মাঠা বিক্রি করেন তিনি। সবার মুখে মুখে কমল ঘোষের মাঠার সুনাম। শুধু মাঠা নয়, তার ছানা আর ননীও এলাকাবাসীর কাছে বেশ জনপ্রিয়।
