As someone who struggles with drug abuse as a teen, this both was relatable and it hurt at the same. The only person who can help is yourself, it’s up to you if you want to get better. Part of me during the high wanted to continue because I couldn’t handle the underlining mental issues I’m going through, but another part of me wants to get better

Being able to understand what she’s singing without having to look at the lyrics really helped me to understand the emotion behind this song.
