    How do you connect speakers to that Lexicon model?

    How do you power those monsters? I always get confused about the power since some folks either have a receiver with power conditioner, or they have a receiver and amplifier. 🙁

      alexandsimba I am using an Emotiva power amp UPA500 and a Lexicon Mc-12 processor preamp. The Lex is amazing! I play 2 Channel Stereo on these speakers with a Sub and my neighbors can't handle it . The eq gave it a better sound via the optical. The sound is fuller nd voices sound like live.

      alexandsimba processors do better than receivers. If you are putting separates together, go with a processor than using a receiver as a processor.

      Klipsch are very efficient and don’t require much power.

    Is it possible to wall mount the center speaker?

    • @1dafirst
      @1dafirst  6 років тому

      No you can't mount it on a wall. May be a shelf but had to be very strong

    Are you using the Behringer to tame the treble?

    • @1dafirst
      @1dafirst  7 років тому

      Mr Manuel yes. You got it. And also raised the midrange...i love those speakers. Want to get a tube amp. I learnt they perform way better with tubes.

    Klipsch sounds good for movies, but not the best. I've always had Wherfedale bower's wilkins Polk Klipsch Elac Q Acoustics in my house, none of them sound as good in movies as Mk&Sound S-150, if you listen to movies, Mk&Sound easily beats all systems))
