    Pede nio dn i-try ang brown rice.
    And I think un olive oil hndi siya advisable sa pagluluto (bawal mainitan).
    Pra iwas prito, pede nio i-try and airfryer. Khit un lumpia dun ko niluluto.
    And yes, genetic makeup is one big factor. To share with, I eat white rice mixed with brown rice 3-4days a day. After meals, kakain pa ko ng cake, cookies or bread. Never nging mataas sugar ko (FBS or RBS).

    Naku guilty ako sa lahat ng mga food na sinabi mo Joy. Malakas ako sa sweets, starchy, rice, and all of the above. Pakisabi kay Kikz ung sobra sobrang iron nya paki share sa akon kasi ako naman kulang sa iron😂. Nagme maintenance ako ng folic acid + iron. Ingats lagi at GB

    Hemochromatosis sis right? I work sa medical lab. Genetics and life style combined talaga and bata ka pa sis 33 ka lang pla. I had gestational diabetes sa 2nd child ko dn and normally your sugar should have gone down na kaya ingat sa food intake dn. Ako high risk coz my dad has diabetes. Im glad my sugar went back to normal after ko manganak. Have u tried brown bread instead and also whole wheat pasta? Anyways goodluck s road to good health.

      @@MamaoftwoAnn yes sis, tama. Hemochromatosis nga po. Si hubby ko ung may gnean daw pero ngayon prang sb nung fam doc namin hndi nman dw. Icheck pa sya ult.
      Ung diabetes naman sis, at risk palang ako (hndi pa sya mataas) kaya un nga dn sbi skn sis ingat s pagkain.
      Nakuuu slamt s tips sis. Try q yan, brown bread and whole wheat pasta.
