And yes, genetic makeup is one big factor. To share with, I eat white rice mixed with brown rice 3-4days a day. After meals, kakain pa ko ng cake, cookies or bread. Never nging mataas sugar ko (FBS or RBS).

Hemochromatosis sis right? I work sa medical lab. Genetics and life style combined talaga and bata ka pa sis 33 ka lang pla. I had gestational diabetes sa 2nd child ko dn and normally your sugar should have gone down na kaya ingat sa food intake dn. Ako high risk coz my dad has diabetes. Im glad my sugar went back to normal after ko manganak. Have u tried brown bread instead and also whole wheat pasta? Anyways goodluck s road to good health.
