- Claire is getting braces for the first time today! She has been so excited to get her braces on and she really wanted to get them done before the end of the school year so all her friends could see😂 She will have to wear her braces for 18-24 months. Claire has a few baby teeth that could create some problems if the orthodontist isn't very careful in how he moves her teeth. Eventually she will have to have implants, but we are hoping to push that off until she is much older!

Congratulations Claire on your graduation and that very honorable award. That shows alot about a person. We don't have graduation here until 8th grade. I had top 6th through 8th so 11 to 14 and top and button 7th and 8th so 13 and 14 so I was in them for 2 in half years now I’m 25 and glad I had braces but still have a missing tooth I have a fake tooth on a reinger but my 2nd cousin has 2 fake teeth on a reinger

I got braces when I was 13 so very close to Claire’s age and had them for a year and half, I remember it took some time getting used too at first but it’s so worth it in the end😊

I had mine at 15 1/2 until almost 18, both rows, traditional braces. Decades ago, So worth it! A removable retainer for a year.
