This is a really great workout for people who have had an injury which I have and this workout was perfect. Could you please do some workouts for people who have a sciatica injury so we can continue to workout safely. This would really be helpful. Thanks for all you do, Lucy!
Really great, thank you. I’m recovering from a leg operation so found it very useful. Actually, I’m still on strong painkillers that cause a lot of bowel issues, so exercising my abdominal muscles is really helping!! (TMI? 😉)

Hi Lucy. Just found this - yay! I’m waiting for a knee surgery so it’s just what I need. Quick question - does it matter what height the chair is? I notice you’re using a stool that looks a bit higher than a regular chair. I don’t have one like that so is it ok to use a normal dining chair? Thanks G x
