    I absolutely loved doing this seated workout. I do not need to be seated while working out, but I thought I'd give this a try. It was great. This will be wonderful for those with limited mobility. Thank you, Lucy, for everything you do.

    Can’t wait! Had ACL reconstruction surgery and it’s been very hard mentally and physically to get back to it.

    Yes!! I AM recovering from surgery! Your timing is impeccable. I subscribe for a long time but I am going to start being more engaged Lucy. Thank you for thinking about people who (forever what reason or time length) Can’t do most exercises at some time.

    I have been doing your workouts for the last 3 years, helped me drop 60lbs and massively improved my health after battling chronic illness for years and gaining so much weight i felt hopeless. You are amazing! Your workouts do more than just burn calories, they stretch and strengthen, massively reduce my pain and keep me feeling fantastic. I love that even this chair workout was a mini challenge and felt so good

    This is a really great workout for people who have had an injury which I have and this workout was perfect. Could you please do some workouts for people who have a sciatica injury so we can continue to workout safely. This would really be helpful. Thanks for all you do, Lucy!

    Really great, thank you. I’m recovering from a leg operation so found it very useful. Actually, I’m still on strong painkillers that cause a lot of bowel issues, so exercising my abdominal muscles is really helping!! (TMI? 😉)

    Hi Lucy. Just found this - yay! I’m waiting for a knee surgery so it’s just what I need. Quick question - does it matter what height the chair is? I notice you’re using a stool that looks a bit higher than a regular chair. I don’t have one like that so is it ok to use a normal dining chair? Thanks G x
