The Fender Twin that you recently released has become my main IR for Tonex One. All the Amalgam stuff is fantastic, and I’ll probably get the Chieftain, too. One of the things I really appreciate about Amalgam IRs Is that they can deliver all the gain you want while consistently maintaining definition and note separation. I again hear that here.
I took the plunge and just bought this set. Very nice indeed and rapidly becoming one of my absolute favourites! :-) Gorgeous cleans especially! :-) Got an early 'Cry of Love' (Audley Freed) vibe to it, which is just fine by me!
It is indeed a great amps. The whole batch of the latest additions to our catalog, as you can see, are phenomenal instruments. Have to think hard where to go next :D

@@amalgamaudioLV I agree!..sounds amazing! :-)
I have a Quad Cortex, and the Matchless and Magnatone amp captures from Amalgam sound amazing.
@@camai75 Thanks! The Chieftain and Twilighter are some of the best modern amps out there in my view - good picks!
Good grief this sounds great!....I shall be saving my pennies for this one for sure! :-)

@@amalgamaudioLVa Roland Jazz Chorus capture would be sweet 😎
@@amalgamaudioLV I'd be very interested in seeing a Fortin Cali capture set, but I imagine that would be a hard amp to find.
Hoping for a mesa boogie lonestar(the discontinued one) capture in the future.
OK - you got me
Sounds cool, very interesting amp selection coming out lately! Are there plans to model an ADA MP-1 Preamp for some typical 80s tones?
Thanks! Haven't looked into it (yet).
