Great video and these cycling paths are a great innovation - we need more. Great weather as well. I often tell people who say the sun never shines in Scotland that I once got sunburnt at Loch Lomond. I fell asleep after a few lunchtime pints!
Thank you😊 I agree, we definitely need more! Yea, we were so lucky with the weather - and the sun does shine more often in Scotland than people think ☀️ There's nothing better than lunchtime pints-have fallen asleep after a few myself.😄
The reason why youre struggling is probably because I have a blend of Glaswegian (from Iain), Fife (where my Mum is from), and German (where I grew up) 😄 Glad you're enjoying the videos😊
ahh thank you! 😊 We're actually thinking about getting new bikes because we can't put up the saddle any more and will probably just get a rear trunk bag as well.

Now that is a decent wee ride. Did Loch Lomond for a wedding a few years back, was very pretty scenery.
I agree, Loch Lomond is very picturesque. Always feel more relaxed when driving by it-feels like it's the start of the Highlands😊
Fantastic video with beautiful weather, I hope you got the train back, thanks for sharing guys. like 50.
Oh yea, we did. We were far too tired to film on the train back😄
I think you earned that cider. Did you get the train back?
We definitely earned that pint😄Yea, we took the train back🙈
I have been trying to work it out for ages, but I give up guessing - which part of scotland is your accent from? Love the videos by the way!

It says in the description you moved to Scotland in 2020, where are you originally from? 🤔
I was born and lived most of my life in Germany. But my mum is from Scotland, so grew up speaking English as well😊
@@terrifictraveltales Cool, I thought your accent sounded Scottish but I couldn't quite place it.
To save butt pain, don't use a backpack; get a rack with a rear trunk bag. I noticed that your saddles are a bit too low. Nice video. 👍

the overgrown A82 duck bay to arrochar is worth it
Thanks for the recommendation! Wasn't too sure if I should do it-but will definitely cycle it now😊
