@@Meowwwwww420that makes two of us
Great video Brad. You're looking well brother, keep living your dream mate!
Damn just finished lunch while watching XD love watching these
He really said “you wanna run it twice” 😂😂
And only offered After the queen as well such a scumbag
It was a joke guys, chill
This was so odd, lol.
@@ohzed8767 pretty sure he was joking
@@kennethchia4194nah he wasn’t. He was dead serious and even asked twice.
Thanks for these Brad. It has really helped my low stakes game. I like the fact that you put your heart and soul out there, too. Anything about your Dad gets me. Hope to shake your hand and battle for your money someday.
(River hits)
"Do you wanna run twice??? Do you want to run twice"
Classic
Brad. One of your best videos. Content. Comments. Length. All great stuff.
Also sorry for your loss.
I went to SSU and graton was where i really learned to play. Man those games were so soft when they first opened was a great time to be alive. Glad they are thriving
Always love your videos Brad also helps me improve my game a lot I play local tournaments once a week have been on a heater final table 9 times in 12 weeks but still haven’t burst the bubble for the win . Also my deepest condolences to you and your family with the loss of your father I’m sure he’s definitely pulling some strings and is there right next to you on the tablets all the best 👍
Feel the same way about my mom still somehow helping me with practice exams for the LSAT. Hoping she helps with the actual test, too.
mad respect for showing the reality of texas holdem. the emotions can start eating you up and can lead you to make irrational decisions on the felt. Im glad it turned around for you, you stayed strong all the way. respect.
My favorite videos of yours by far are the comeback videos! Graton looks like a fun, splashy place!
You're the only poker player who can make me laugh and cry in the same video.
Your Dad is always with you.
I follow your blog regularly. I am sorry to learn that your father passed. Please accept my condolences.
Quads played out beautifully Brad, good for you man!!
33:08 The deck may be short on Spades, but it has more than enough Clubs!
Hand caught in the thin mints jar, love it
Awesome comeback. It's important to know when to say goodnight, but your luck HAD to turn.
8 hours of play, and ALL your winnings came from just one hand: the Quad Queens!
I'm not a great player, but living down in San Jose, wish I had the chance drive up to meet you. Love your videos, Buddy.
Thanks a lot man. We'll be back there at some point.
Liked the Hangman game on the white board!
WOW! That hand was insane!
Lunch break Brad back with a banger
Keep making videos brother you style is amazing for creating fish
"I really just wanted to make the vlog."
"You made it, Rob. You made it." 😂😂
What a dream to have Quads and got paid. Well played and got max value. Well done
Q's helped you both the times !
Brad, best poker vlog out there, been watching you for years, keep grinding and way to turn it around thanks to the Q on the turn was your turnaround best of luck!
Brad good man always takes care the dealers nice $100 chip for that Quads pot!
Nothing better than a rack-o-black
32:08 that empty seat is like a trophy
dude was sour you spiked the turn queen. team brad
i am sure you will love the tournante and the cash game of Namur
Wow, what a turnaround. You were SO DUE to catch a card there with QQ v AA.
One of fav channel's
Brad, if you watch his hands at 31:30 you can see he didn’t pay you the chips he had in the back he just kept them and dealer didn’t catch it
You lucky sausage. That was a miracle queen😮
Any meet up games in Florida planned?
played those quads great
I visit the Santa rosa area and sometimes play at graton. I hope to meet you one day and play some poker with you brother.
Incredible comeback Brad. Already can't wait for the next episode!
Brad the 🐐
Best Poker Blog on YT!
Sorry to hear about your Dad.
Nice quads hand, but did the bro keep a little stack of chips in his hand? I thought you had him covered.
slay queen brad!
I wish my downswings would swing back up like yours do but I'm just cursed to runbad always.😢
Nice Brad. Sorry about Dad. I've been there.
I can't believe you didn't raise preflop with those pocket tens! But then you're willing to call $1900 post flop!
I love you brad❤
Any chance for a meetup game in New England? MGM/Foxwoods/Mohegan Sun/Boston Billiards?
Great content. Subbed
I play craps over poker, and when I have a great roll I walk away. Amazing you played more after those quads.
And your vids are so rewatchable. Great poker education from a highly skilled player and people-reader.
i love you so much Brad you are my favorite poker player
What table should someone play for a semi beginner? 1-1-2? What is the max I should be playing?
Just play 1/2 until you're consistently beating that, then move up.
36:24 Yo did the lodge move??? DAMIT I GOT ROUND ROCK ADDRESS???
Please do a meet up game in Louisiana ❤❤❤
Tremendous tribute at the end 😢
you are an amazingly talented Voice over specialist ever take gigs to do voice work? Just curious. and a brilliant writer
WoW. Gets a miracle Q on the turn to save his ass and then proceed to make a $13,000 pot later on. Luck box Owen
33:15 Royal Flush draw!!!
Did he really ask to run it twice after you hit the Q on the turn lmao
What was the chips he held in his hand on the quads hand?
Sweet bro
31:45 player kept chips
Did I see that right?
Nice video Brad I loved it
Why’d that guy still hold on to some chips at the end of the quads showdown ?
19:08 *silent nod
How the hell did you turn that around! Well done
Why does the opponent at 31:40 keep some chips back? He was all in and shorter than Brad, no?!
The limping Asian guy is honestly one of the biggest fishes I have ever seen…
In the quads hand did your opponent keep some chips back in his hand?
Yeah the $1 and $5 chips don't play in the 10/25/50 game. He had some of those leftover and took them with him.
27:20 quads hand
Let’s go Brad!
Quiggities!
I like and i subscribe.
When you had quads and beat that guy how come he kept a couple chips? Wasn’t he all in?
God bless fun log 🪵 ❤
Please never stop making videos Brad, they make a lot of people have a better day!
Agreed!!!
like me :]
As long as you guys continue to watch them, I'll keep making them.
Thats a pretty accurate statement…
Absolutely spot on!! @benp997
Hey Brad; just wanted to say hey! I’ve seen some of your videos and the way you simplify everything really helps me build my poker mindset when I’m locked in a game. I’ve been playing a lot better because of your calm nature in these videos. Thanks man keep it up
I love hearing that, very cool
@@BradOwenPoker !!. What a legend. Maybe I’ll see you at a table someday
Agreed
same
Really hit me hard when you mentioned your dad pulling strings for you. I lost my dad 7 years ago, and I still miss him a ton, and have these kinds of thoughts all the time.
6 years for me man. It never gets easier. You just get used to dealing with it better.
Mine just passed in June and he was only 54. I constantly find myself dialing him just to remember reality
It's going to be the 5 year mark for me in October, man. Still miss him to this day
2 and a half years for me, when Brad mention his father's ashes, I started to tear.
I lost my father 63 years ago. I was 6 and he was buried on his 40th birthday. I am very sorry to report that the pain never really goes away, it just becomes part of you. Never pass up an opportunity to tell your family that you love them.
Thank you for sharing such a heartfelt tribute to your father. I absolutely love that your family made the time to honor him and that they are so supportive of your poker endeavors and partake and cheer you on.
I binge your old videos while I wait for new ones
New Brad video, a solid workout and a healthy meal is such a good way to start my work day
I can’t get over how much tipping there is in Vegas. I guess winners can afford to be generous
Wanna run it twice ? 😅
And we are back for another exciting poker session with brad
Bless you Brad. I hope you and your family managed to find comfort scattering dad's ashes in a special place. It's obvious you had a great amount of love and respect and it's nice that you still feel guided by him. Love to you and your family. ❤
Brad... you hit a spot. I too lost dad (and mom) in the past 2 years. They were my anchor, and I often feel their "help" when I am on the tables.
Yea that’s what they would have wanted to do!
Way to come back, man! Sometimes a suckout is all you need in order to steamroll into a big win. Way to turn it around! Inspirational
Anybody else love the part when he racks up and cashes out for alot of 100 dollar bills?
I like that part. It's a sad day when there's no cashout.
Your vlogs gave me some crucial perspective of the game that I wasn’t aware of when I first started playing. Been playing hold ‘em for about two years and can honestly credit my game getting better by watching what you do in certain situations. You are an absolutely fantastic ambassador for poker and I can’t wait to see you keep hitting your goals
“Wanna run it twice” 🤣🤣🤣 “yeah I’m okay 👌🏾 great meeting you and your uncle at Graton @brad
I dont know why but that one guy with the pocket Q's asking if you want to run it twice after he lost, irritates the hell out of me, thats something you aske before the flop.
I was wondering what I was going to watch today on UA-cam around this time, and Brad said hold my beer. Thanks for always coming through when we need the Vlog the most.
I hope you enjoyed this one
The hangman answer is Jiggities.
Love the tribute to your dad, no doubt he is very proud. Keep up the great work, your videos always make for a great start to the week!
Your dad will always be proud of you and looking over you. Love watching you play.
What a small world Brad. I’ve been to bodega bay to dive for Abalone with my dad whom passed from cancer back in 2012. I too wonder sometimes when I get lucky in a big pot, or just run hot if he’s still there making the magic happen. Congrats on the solid win.
that quads hand might be the sickest on the vlog so far
This channel is great not just for poker strategy or game theory, but for excellent sports psychology and how to adhere to a winning strategy in the face of unfortunate luck. Great work as always Brad and thank you for sharing the moment with your family at the end, it means a lot.
Tru dat. I needed this as well. Being able to look at the bigger picture and fight thru the adversity.
Brad, as others have said, your vids are super helpful as an amateur hearing you walk through your mindset while in a hand. Almost as if it allows me to “play” your hands and add them to my memory bank.
