Great video. This is the former B and B Inn called Castle Marn on the corner of 16th Ave and Race Street in Denver's upper capital hill. I've walked by there many times; it is a gorgeous property. My research had it listed for 3.5 mil which is a STEAL. If I had the money I would buy it in a second and use it to give older people on SS a beautiful place to live.

I've stayed there twice in the fabulous large rooms on the 2nd floor. I love the outdoor patios off the 2nd room bedrooms the best.
