It's so funny, she handles it so gracefully. Lucky those who attended these concerts cause she is an excellent performer and this rarely happens.
The fact that she immediately knows the key is wrong probably means she’s sung the songs so many times that she knows how they feel in her voice. Just shows how much she practices.
nah it's just musicians. my brother is the same way and it isn't just with familiar songs.
If you know how to sing and know the basics of singing, you’ll immediately know when you’re off key once you start to sing the very first note of the song.
@@spottie3481 Not necessarily. If you're only a semitone off and you don't have perfect pitch, there's no way to tell. Unless there's accompaniment then you can hear the dissonance.

It's impossible to "know how they feel in her voice", since every artist in the world needs to *hear* themselves and the music. That is why in ear monitors exist.

She’s so down to earth and wonderful. Off key makes her even more charming and relatable.
I love how gracious she is about it. Just laughs it off and "hey, let's try again". A positive attitude that we all should practice. Be patient with yourselves and try again.

That's what I love about the artists who actually perform live. Their art is genuine, pure and honest. The idea of perfection is in itself imperfect. Love the way she embraces the mistakes, even if she is playing live. It shows how truly talented and skilled she is.

Calling her pop star is not accurate at all. Literally, 1/6 of her songs are actually pop. She has lots of country songs and alternative rock (her last two albums). So...

I've heard of other artists who throw horrible temper tantrums on stage when there's a screw up and they blame their staff. It's refreshing to see that she's acting like a human being. Doesn't matter how much we perfect something we make mistakes and we continue on.
