Asheenaazize, do you know the amount of chemicals that goes into your food when using a karahi? I did my research and I enjoy the flavour of my curries without chemicals. If you like your curries cooked with chemicals I don’t have a problem with that. I find cooking my curries in a pot is classic enough for me and my family. So next time you please use one
