- Hello Namaste , My name is Bhumi . I am from bhojpur, pangkhang village, Nepal . I am a farmer & i have a farm house on the top of pangkhang village very close to the jungle . I have a wife , her name is Sarmila & we have two children, a daughter , name - Anuma & a son, name - Sanuwa . our children live in bhojpur bazaar ( it is far from our village ) for their school . In my place Nepali used to make those kind of bread and we called it 'vainu chhangkual' it's a bit sweet very tasty kinda like it very much. Most of the Nepali here are cowherd, kind, good hearted people.

I also asked but no one give specific answer so I remember that I used to have a uni mate who is from Nepal then I asked her, she told me they ate it like chewing gum and it can last for hours in your mouth depends on the quality of the cheese. They also use it as a treat for dogs. Good thing is, it's a healthy snack for human and dogs.
The more you chew the more luscious and rich it tastes and yeah it depends upon the quality of cheese. “Churpi” is the Nepali name of such cheese.
