Vintage 1967 Hoover Junior 1346 Version 1 Upright Vacuum Cleaner

By the mid-sixties the 1334 style Hoover Junior was looking a little dated so Hoover did a complete redesign and created the 1346.
Four versions were produced between '67 and '70 (when it was replaced by 1346A) and this is the first. As you can see it follows the same colour scheme as the Portable and Convertible of the same year.

This style Junior we had loads of Stateside...I recall the first store that I worked in out of High School selling them.....and all of the other Hoovers that were made down the road in North Canton as well...Love your vids and close ups!!!

Nice little phase 1 Junior 1346 there - I've got one of these identical, but mine is from March 1967, and I'm sure they didnt go on sale to the public until 1967, so I was a little surprised when you say that yours is from 1966.
