    I really love seeing your groundwork videos, that's something I really need to work on myself! I rescued a 12 year old mustang in a near-emergency situation last summer. She'd be confined to a stall for 5 years, so I did limited work with her in the beginning (since her very poor health was a priority) and kind of just let her be a horse out with my other mare over the winter. Turns out she's ride-able and the sweetest thing in the world, but she just needs more groundwork and memory refreshers. I'm certainly not a horse trainer and lack confidence frequently, but watching your videos give me ideas on how to improve! :) I don't plan on turning my Rogue into a dressage champion or anything, but I'm excited to see what she's capable of.

    Another youtube horseperson I follow always has a treat on her hand when she puts on a bridle, so bit goes in together with something yummy. Is that something that would be useful here??
    And to add even more names to the idea pot: Rapunzel (in case you don't get quite enough names thrown at you xD)

    She's already doing so well!😍😍😍
    How long do you train with her? And do you have one big session or several shorter sessions during the day? How do you decide if the training is over?
    (Excuse me, just too curious😇😅)

    Are any of your horses more nervous in the wind and if so do you always still work them in it? My warmblood hates it, thanks

    • @lliketheletterh236
      @lliketheletterh236 3 роки тому

      Shove some cotton in their ears! That’s what we do to the racehorses. It’s a good earplug. 🙂

      @@lliketheletterh236 Thank you 😊 can it not break off in their ears/cause any harm? Do you find it makes alot of difference? Thanks x
