Nice! Do you have any tips for the beginning, or is it just feeling it out/luck?

Thanks! I think the whole beginning is a bit early, could be wrong. But this is how I approached it.
Once the bpm starts to slow down, I visually line up the top of the freeze arrows with the top of the arrow receptor and hit right as they touch.
After hitting the last up freeze, I look at the flashing light inside the upcoming drill’s first arrow as a visual metronome for keeping track of the last four slow beats, and then tap four 200 bpm quarter note ghost steps before hitting the drill.
