Thank you for this video and information. This is extremely valuable to me as I am just beginning to journal and take my penmanship seriously. One thing that I love to write down in my journal are notes on the UA-cam videos I watch (like this one and other penmanship videos), blogs and articles I read, etc. It keeps my hand moving and in turn has made me much more mindful in what I am watching and reading on the internet and whether it is positive to my learning and such. It also makes content even more interesting due to the fact I am making myself a more active participant in what I am watching or reading. The other big thing I love to journal about are keybinds for video games, and all the software I use lol. I love the pen you are using. I personally have a Pilot Custom Heritage 92 , which I use as my main writer. Thank you again.
Would be great to have more basic practice stuff for beginners. Mirror writing etc is way too advanced. Just want to develop a realy nice style of everyday handwriting that has some individual style to it, not too scripted. Anyway, your videos are great and youve a very nice guy. I enjoy listening to you, you have a nice way about you. Thanks
Thanks Clive that's very kind of you to write. In my own experience I actually started mirror writing before any of the other drills, or before I even learned about whole arm writing. What's important to remember about the mirror writing is that the quality doesn't have to look good. The exercise in movement seems to trigger improvements on all around coordination and normal handwriting will get better. I'll make a video talking about it :)
Thanks for the video, your videos are very helpful
My pleasure, thank you.
