This is also a great 30 minute warmup for your singing voice, as it starts at the lowest possible vibration of your vocal chords, and builds its way up. You'll go from the very bottom of your range to the very top. :)
How would one go about that? With they just "ooh/ahh' or hum at the same frequency of the song or would you suggest something else?

There is a noticeable transition at 18:31. I was undergoing a shamanic healing that included body work. At this point in the music (fifth chakra) I felt a deep unblocking that brought up unresolved (sad) memories. It reminded me that I was too reliant on abstract thinking and needed to step away from stoic resignation to give more attention to my feelings. I am not made of wood.
Noe, when you say 5th chakra, do you mean the healing work you were doing or is this music tailored to the chakras?
+indiesgal-- There are bell tones that signal transitions from one chakra to the next. Just before the point I mentioned there are 5 tones, indicating a shift to the fifth chakra. I was surprised I was deeply moved at the 5th chakra because I've always placed more importance on the fourth (heart).
