Update 08/16/2021

As a stage 4 appendix cancer patient, 2 years out, I am pretty depressed and stressed.
It's ok to get help when you need it!

Hi Jamie. A year after my surgery I went off the rails - crying all the time and I didn't know why. My GP started me on Sertraline - a life saver. Have been on it six years but now half the original dose. Have tried to reduce further but the feelings come creeping back. Go for it - I hope it helps you as much as it did me. James xx ❤
