The Masterplan proposed a new residential area of 15 ha in the entrance of Tirana, with 5,000 units, accommodating aproximately 18,000 inhabitants. The complex is structured to contain a kindergarten 👫, an elementary school 🏫, a medical center 🏥, a central park 🌳 (7,000 sqm), 18,000 sqm of green & sport areas 🏀, a network of interconnected public spaces, 2,5 km of bike 🚲 path, 2,5km (long) & 400m (short) of running 🏃‍♀️ track, a pedestrian route as inner promenades 🚶‍♀️, etc.
