I think that's why she might be insecure; she hears a lot of comments how she's more of a performer and artist than a singer. Jlo has suffered with low self-esteem and low self-confidence throughout most of her adult life, believe it or not. Most people don't know that, but I did. Even though I think she told it to an interviewer in an interview back in 2012, I think it was on the Today show, not sure.
