This song is very personal for me. It was so nice to be able to incorporate my guitar and share a different side of me. As some of you know, an artist recently shared a video that really rubbed me the wrong way. Then he went on to create a shoe that shines light on satan. I will never stand behind something like that...and I think I get my point across with this video. I will always stand up for what I believe in, this will never change. I've lost my whole family. I was a 29 yr old orphan no siblings, parents grandparents, anything. I'm a soldier bc I'm like my mother. She was telling me I was strong the night she died right in front of me. She was 45yr and in fine health we thought,but her heart stopped that night. My little brother overdosed and died the next year after being out of prison for 2 days. He was the same age that our father was when he was shot and killed on Halloween night in 1983. I was 3 eric was 1. Fucking love this song ☝️❤🥀🖤

You are not alone. I just turned 30. I never knew either grandpa before they past both of my grandmas, both of my parents, as well as my son and 3 other babies I had have past on. I lost my dad when I was 17 and my mom when I was 20. No one left of my family talks to me. All I have is the 3 kids I have been blessed to have now.

I just lost my son 3 months ago, he was only 30 years old. I am going to take his work boots and make a art project out of them with metal angel wings and his construction hat. You see, he wore a size 17 shoe, and it will say... Not every Man could fill these shoes, and not every Angel can wear these wings. I miss him so horribly much, I cry every day with his loss😢💔

Very relatable. Lost my best friend of 20 years in March. From fishing and hunting in our younger years to fighting fire together later on. Hearing this jogged a lot of memories. From an old fireman thanks for putting out great stuff for me to listen to on my commute to work.
This is very personal for me as well. My best friend passed away quite awhile ago and this is exactly what he would have wanted. Just didn't die til he was outta the military. Asthma attack. He was my everything. I miss that man more than anything. My life hasn't been the best but trying to live what life I have left. A few months anyway.
