She is very likable, to be sure. Itaewon Class is a really good Kdrama. In this drama she is magnetic, edgy and a flawed person! All the characters intentionally have marked personality flaws. I love it. Itaewon Class is, in my opinion, the best Kdrama there is, hands down! Extraordinary Attorney Woo is easily the best and most appealing comedy with a wonderful cast; it is simply impossible to be human and not to like it. But Itaewon Class is on a level of its own. I find all the KDramas tend to suffer from overacting, an empty story, a gooey single plot line, dime-novel romantism, and a casting that owes its existence to prettiness rather than skill. The entire focus is on a teeny-bobber audience with limited complexity. And an audience for this today is there in spades. Wow! But Itaewon Class, Extraordinary Attorney Woo, and Squid Game are three of the best. But I cannot get enough of Kim Da-mi (and Yoo Jae Myung). 😸
I just finished watching this the other day. It had so much depth to it. She was brilliant, and I love the fact I kinda knew they would get together but still wasnt sure how or if they definitely would. It left me guessing a bit at times which I loved. I found Kdramas about 2 months ago. Can you give me some suggestions please?
@@shandorunia I like Heartbeat, and King The Land. I like these two Korean comedy/dramas. They are light and entertaining. I particularly like the strange wee actress of Heartbeat; in my eyes she is absolutely electric👍
Finally someone discovered how to make a strong female lead with feminine traits. IC was a breathe of fresh air. It handled racism, inclusion and a strong female lead in a way that worked. Need wokeywood to watch this.
