Jay's Rooster Dragon Tail Fly Tying Video

In this video, Jay ties a Saltwater surface pattern using Mangum's UV2 Dragon Tail and Grizzly Saddle hackle. This would be an excellent pattern to try for Roosterfish, Tarpon, Jacks, and other Oceanic beasts.
