i once chased a noob when i was killer but then i realized he ran for too long with no breaks
it eventually became more and more obvious he was using inf stamina (still killed him somehow. lmao)
one of the survivors also told me that they saw a machine get instantly completed infront of them so it was even clearer he was exploting

Theres no inf stamina script, but theres a script that makes your max stamina 135

And the generators thing is also a script too, but their executors has to support Fireclick detector option (I forgot the name lol)

I might've found the same exploiter you encountered
They're a noob aswell in the second round walking around with horrendous speed and acting like a fly toward the killer, but in the first round they managed to sneak their avatar in without using any survivor (they weren't in the survivor list thankfully, so they didn't count, shesh they would've been an annoying pest to deal with)
