Well his plan of building her confidence did work with sombra in the s9 premiere just a case of u should have stopped while u were ahead, his heart was in the right place though
Can you imagine how great of a villain Grogar could have been? I would understand if everyone had a problem with that twist. The episode was still great, but it doesn't make it better that Discord would allow Sombra to attack Canterlot and the crystal empire knowing full well how much damage it would cause! He even indirectly caused the elements of harmony to be destroyed! Grogar could have been a real threat to Equestria! It seems he wanted to make the villains friends by having them work together and learn friendship for themselves! He sorta got half of that right! But he shouldn't have pretended that Cozy, Tirek and Chrysalis would turn on him in the process! I can't believe he bought that they didn't retrieve Grogar's bell! Also i bet you and i waited a long time for that showdown between Starlight and Chrysalis! It's crazy how much guilt Discord had at that moment as he'd usually brush off blame a lot. But this could be because of how serious his mistake was! Nice of Rarity to also save Twilight back there!
Yeah the whole Grogar thing was wild. Discord has always been super dangerous, whether he plans to be or not. His mistake was massive and I think that fact, plus the bonds he had made with all of the girls (especially Flutters) is what really made him feel so guilty about hurting them. It kind of shows how much he's grown since first being introduced in the 2nd season.
@@KrzyGirl That is true! Chrysalis would have been the only real threat to Equestria had he not included Tirek, Cozy and Sombra! Queen Chrysalis is my favorite MLP villain by the way!
@Bayden-Bluedash ohh yeah she's amazing!! She's one of my top fave villains. And I'm glad they didn't "save" her by turning her good. Some are just evil, no matter what you do.
