I ran into a problem. When I render pdf files, the function tab_options(table.width = pct()" can only be used once. If more than once, I got the error as follow. No problem with HTML files.
ERROR:
compilation failed- error
LaTeX Error: Command \holdLTleft already defined.

Dude you have great tutorials but you could cut in half, even more, the time. No need to explain the base R pipe or how to install R
