The little happy emoji was cute to correct your word from bow to arrow. Thank you for a quick run down of the basic equipment needed to get out there for the first time around.
Thanks! I can't believe how many videos were called things like basic archery equipment, which went straight into Olympic style parts. Really just wanted some more info on arm guards and finger tabs 👍
my bow is 22lbs and has rubber bits on the string for your fingers to go on, i have been doing archery for months now, im a wheelchair shooter my top score is 50 points and i was above average just after a couple months but this was a good video
Yes, great point! This video was more geared to items you need to shoot - but that is a great item to have to get the bow together! I am working on a video reviewing different types of stringers!
NICE TO GET SOME TIPS FROM A LADY ARCHER , YOU EXLPLAIN THINGS VERY WELL , I THINK A CHEST GAURD IS IMPORTANT TOO , I HAVE JUST ORDERED ONE BECAUSE MY BAGGY HOODY WAS GETTING IN THE WAY OF THE STRING AND THROWING THE ARROW WAY OFF TARGET , LOOKING FORWARD TO MY NEXT LESSON WITH COACH TARA 🏹
A few of my older videos have this problem. I was just learning how to edit. I will see if I can go back and adjust the sound now that I am getting more familiar with editing! LOL Thanks for the feedback!

Let me know if there is a specific video you would like to see on arm guards or finger tabs!

Thank you for watching! Yes, I have a few students that like to use those, as well!
I would highly recommend a beginner also gets a stringing aid. Or learn how to string and unstring with the legs technique.

Thank you! Yes, a chest protector is great, as well! I always used one as a competitive archer!
How does a person know if they need an eyepatch?
I am working on a video that goes over eye dominance!
Usually, they'll have the urge to sail the high seas and board other ships.
