I bought my first home when I was 22. Although it was just a 22sqm. studio condo unit. But it’s always nice to invest early. That was 10 yrs ago & now the price of that unit has tripled! I only lived there for 3 years & I’m only using it now as a rental. It feels good to earn extra income from it. You can start early as well. 👍😊
Where are the blueprints for this house? What the name of the builders? I would love to replicate the house and some of the furnishings. I have never seen brick and stonework done so well. I am so impressed with the homes they build in Canada!

Is it a typical thing for Canadian houses to have basements in them? I see lots of them in these homes, but in the States they're not as common so I was just curious. Beautiful house!!!
Yes. Most Canadian homes have basements for a firm foundation below frost line. Our house is a five bedroom with main level, upstairs and a full basement. Lots of room.

Susan Davis I have never seen a house have a washer dryer room right next to the entrance which is one of the reasons I don’t like the house. Master bedroom was also a little disappointing
