That's not how it works fool. If Loma was the 24 year old undefeated champion then 3 black Muslim judges would be told to favour him by the commission who employ them. Haney being more marketable at least long term is why the judges favoured him. These commissions who are in cahoots with the promotions see only one colour & that's green. In reality Haney may have earned a draw if we're being generous, otherwise Loma won 7-5/8-4 & the majority of fans will tell you Loma won.
It’s not the judges who run the show, there’s higher power, the promoters who calls the shot. All majors sports at the top are rigged

I’ve watched the fight at least a dozen times and I still score it 7-5 Haney. The 12th round won it for him. Close fights are not robberies. Each round is scored individually and fighters start at 0 with each round.
Whatever good work Lomachenko did in each individual round didn't affect the scoring for the next one.

I kind of agree with what bill is saying as far as Devin having the belts and that plays a role in why he got the nod for the win against Loma if it was just a regular fight, Loma probably would have got the win but when someone has all the belts, you have to go in there and beat the champion down and take the belts, they're not just going to give you the belts if you just kind of slide by. I believe Loma landed the better shots but he should have did a little bit more. Loma should have known that since Devin has the belts he needs to do a lot more than just try to win a few extra rounds. When you're trying to take the belt for the champion you have to go in there and beat the champ convincingly or the judges aren't going to just give you the belts. But like I said in my opinion I think Loma actually won the fight just by a smidge because he landed the better combos here and there but it just wasn't enough. He only would go in on little spurts a few different times. I just think Loma should have stayed busy like every round and try to knock Devin down instead of taking some rounds off, even Loma said he took some rounds off

Honestly, i believe Haney won 6 of the first 7 rounds. and won the 12th rnd. At first, i thought Devin lost until i watched the fight again very closely. Devin fought a completely different fight then i expected, on the inside instead of jabs, so i chalked it up as a lost when i first saw it.

Devin won all of the early rounds up until like rounds 9-12 if you actually watched the fight Loma did nothing that stood out until those late rounds but 3 rounds is not enough to make you win he was on his back foot the entire time and Haney was more aggressive and hit more and threw less punches but landed more he threw and was more effective with his scoring rounds

I agree, even a Loma said he feels like he took a little too much time off during that fight. And in my opinion, if this was just a regular fight without the belts on the line, I believe Loma would have probably gotten the nod but the fact that Devin held all the belts, the judges aren't just going to hand someone all those belts unless you beat the champ convincingly. You can't just go through a few spurts in the later rounds here and there and assume you're going to win on points and take all the belts. I remember a few fights back in the 90s where the champ kind of just went in there and didn't do much but still won the fight because the Challenger didn't do enough to take the belts that's what I realized if the champ has the balance is up to the Challenger to go in there and take the belts convincingly. I remember a few of the Floyd Mayweather fights were kind of iffy, but Floyd had the belts and the judges aren't just going to hand the belts over to someone who just squeaks by.
