Resipi
Bahan kisar:
3 biji terung (potong kecil)
2 bawang merah(potong kecil)
1 tomato (potong kecil)
3 ulas bawang putih
5 cili padi
6-7 cili hijau
*Kisar ke semua bahan. Ketepikan.
Bahan lain:
2 sudu besar minyak
Sedikit air asam jawa
Garam secukupnya
Serbuk perasa cendawan secukupnya
Gula merah sedikit
Cara memasak:
1.Sediakan kuali, masukkan minyak dan tumis terung yang telah dipotong kecil sehingga keperangan. Ketepikan. kalau nak goreng pun boleh.
2. Gunakan kuali yang sama, masukkan sedikit minyak lalu tumis kesemua bahan kisar lalu kacau sehingga ia pecah minyak.
3.Masukkan air asam jawa dan kacau lagi. Lepastu masukkan terung, garam serbuk perasa cendawan dan gula merah secukupnya. Kacau sebati dan adjust rasa. Sedia untuk dihidang.

Recipe
Ground ingredients:
3 eggplants (cut small)
2 onions (cut small)
1 tomato (cut small)
3 cloves garlic
5 bird's eye chilies
6-7 green chilies
*Blend all ingredients together. Set aside.
Other Ingredients:
2 tbsp oil
Tamarind water as needed
Salt to taste
Mushroom seasoning powder to taste
Palm sugar as needed
Cooking Method:
1.Heat a pan, add oil and stir-fry the eggplants until lightly browned. Set aside. You can also choose to deep-fry them.
2.In the same pan, add a little more oil and stir fry the ground ingredients until fragrant and the oil separates.
3.Add tamarind water and continue stirring. Then, add the fried eggplants, salt, mushroom seasoning powder, and a little palm sugar to taste. Mix well and adjust the seasoning. Ready to serve.
