Mimi I feel you about your spicy level going backwards. I used to put spicy on my spicy and loved loved looooved eating everything spicy. Now that I’m older, nope. Things just taste spicier now. I’m so used to food having some kind of kick though but I keep it at a minimum now, occasionally I’ll torture myself lol. Fuck that acid reflux and heartburn. I rather enjoy my food as is vs being in pain later.

I would do this kind of challenge in the winter time on the phone when it’s cold so at least when you start getting really over hot it’ll actually help you a little bit but when you’re already hot from it being hot outside and eating something overly hot yeah you’re pretty miserable
