My little buddy looks just like Jessie, except he’s a teacup chihuahua.
Naa. I like to have other friends. Imagine having a friend that wouldn’t let you speak to anyone else including your own family. This is actually really bad behaviour from a dog, very anti social.

It's not unconditional love. I really wish people would learn what that means instead of just saying it because they think it means a more innocent love.
Unconditional really means unconditional. If you start to beat and abuse a dog, it will stop loving you. That isn't unconditional. It stopped loving you when you'd tsrted treating it poorly. Jesus didn't stop loving us even though we condemned Him, sentenced Him to death, humiliated Him, and then executed Him. Despite everything we've done against Him, He still loves us. That's what unconditional love is.

Im continually amazed about the depth of empathy animals can display and makes me sad we see animals as dumb and unintelligent and not really possessing feelings or empathy when clearly they do. we just dont look hard enough and put them in a, we can treat animals as we like box

@@brianjones6465 reptiles are absolutely capable of feelings they just express them differently. Hell look at fish where owners have put time and energy to bond with them some learn to recognize their owner. Humans just assume because they are scaly and don't have the ability to smile or don't behave as we do that they can't form bonds. Simply not true reptiles can form attachments they can be trained, and are beyond intelligent I say this first hand as someone who raised an Argentine black and white tegu. They don't show affection the same way we do, but they do show it. You can see this especiallt with species that are communal or can be communal.
Just like humans and animals can be assholes it always confuses me when people don’t notice that. Acting like they’re not out there murdering each other to eat . Deer kill things such as baby birds yet hunters get demonize even though they kill things in the most humane way possible animals are like humans and humans are like animals some humans you look at them and there is dumb as a door knob just like how you look at some dogs and you can tell not a thing is ticking in their brain intelligences after all is a sliding scale

It depends on the species for me, I definitely think there are reptiles that it’s better for their health and safety to just really invest in a large and well made natural habitat than to free roam
But when it comes to medium to large reptiles that are calmer including bearded dragons I think being show to get around the house for certain periods of the day can be really good for them.

My Billy was like this with our cat Daphne. Constantly watching and protecting her. It’s a unique bond. Jessie loves her buddy, and doesn’t believe anything is safe enough to be around her. Gotta take care of your little sis, and it looks like big old Zeus knows who’s the boss too 😂

I'm always shocked how people act sometimes but dogs it really behooves me how loving, and caring they act!!! Dogs are kinder, gentle and loving to strangers than most people are!!! It's not a dog eat dog world, but a people eat people world!!! Which is sad!!! Your pets, all, are well behaved and sweet! Thank you for caring and sharing!

@@ssgssbeet4133 it's difficult to advice this to someone you don't know. I started with practicing the Steps to Knowledge. These practices did a lot to me. His book the One God liberated me from many doubt and fears. If you feel the growing uncertainty and change in the world today, maybe the book The Great Waves of Change is a good start for you. One thing to keep in mind. This is quite unique and to get somewhere you need to open yourself a bit. Trust me. It is worth it. After five years i still have no regrets and i still practice the Steps to Knowkege.

I've seen some animal odd couples but this dog and her bearded reptile friend take the biscuit for the oddest couple yet!
Who woulda thought? Dodo continues to enchant me with various animal friendships that seem so unlikely. Just goes to show you, nature is amazing. All creatures, great and small. ❤
When I was in my early 20's I had a 6 foot green iguana and a cat that got along amazingly well. The lizard had the run of my bedroom with a big basking platform/ feeding station that the cat would curl up next to the iguana and sleep together every night.

Reptoria hired Jessie for protection 😂 I love these Odd Couples like them. It seems so impossible and yet there they are! I love those type of chihuahuas-my brother had one that he stole from my sister, and that little dog was the absolute sweetest chihuahua I’ve ever met! Those skinny ones are evil little rat dogs and I’ve gotten bitten by one in particular I don’t know how many times over 18 years 😂

Jessie reminds me of my dog Febe who passed away 3 years ago at the age of 13. She was also a chihuahua and looks identical to her, as well as the same personality and the yapping! Febe was always protective of our other dog aka her brother and the same for Jessie being protective of Repotoria. This video has really brought back memories! All the best to Jessie and Repotoria!

They’re great. I have had 5 over the years, my first two lived 14 years. I couldn’t believe it. The other ones were 8 and one is still alive, she’s 10 but lives with my friend now
