The TLDR of this caller is "Me and my Brother wanted some easy money and we both used the same *beep* account. *Beep* soon sussed it and banned us. Now I want to cry about it."
Oh come on. Who gives their phone passcode to their mum? Why would your mum give your passcode to your brother? Who these days goes out and leaves their phone lying around at home? What a load of crap.
I doubt his story fully, but my mum knows my passcode and I know hers. she's my mum I'd trust her with anything. I'm not sure that's particularly unusual.
So you give someone your password and are then complaining that your account was compromised (not hacked since you gave them your password!) and that you should not be held liable... hopefully lesson learnt!
It sounded to me like there was a misunderstanding there. As I understood it, what he was saying is that he gave the password to his *phone* to his mum who must have given it to his brother. Having got access to his phone his brother was then able to access the app because the phone automatically filled in the password for him. So he didn't - as I understand it - share his password to the service he's phoned in about at all just to his phone. It's not unreasonable to give a family member access to your phone, so I'm not sure if Daniel had understood that distinction (the guy was not clear to be fair!) in giving that judgement.
Saving the username and password on a device that you have given other people access to, and leave unattended, will no-doubt be a breach of the terms and conditions. Even though we all know he's lying.
Are you serious? WHY would you give ANYONE access to your phone? Even your mum? And then even if you did - WHY would she then give access to your brother. And THEN - WHY would he log into the app to work on "your" behalf? Come on, this is literally ridiculous! Why do you blame this company for banning you?
Why was he told not to mention Uber instead of bleeping it out? Plus, he didn’t give anyone his password but he gave him mum his password!!😁 Making it up as he goes along!!!
@@Rapscallion2009 yes, it was live as Daniel stated but normally callers would’ve been told not to mention the name of a company, yet this caller mentioned it at least 4 times, which has never happened before. Daniel even mentioned it himself, which has never happened before
@@parametr the assistant producer would’ve made them aware of that when they phoned in and if they’ve heard the show before, they’d have understood that and Daniel normally asked people not to name

The solution then is for his brother to open an account with Beep
2:45 good save there, nobody probably noticed you said the name yourself maybe
Easy, show the magistrates the police complaint you filed against your brother.
In a nutshell… his brother has been using his mini-cabbing account (app sharing), so the company have dropped him.

Idk why people aren't just honest about it. If they make a mistake, admit it.

There's a Netflix series to be written based on this.

Listening to this is painful 😂

Jackanory!
Why give the mother his pass code
When Xbox Live meets real life. "It wasn't me. It was my brother!!!!"
This guy can not hold anything 😅
Lots hesitation in answering Daniel’s questions, I’m not convinced everything he’s telling us is true.
Yes, I thought that with my reply
Silly boy
This guy needs to practise his bs before calling or getting into a speech😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😭

Bleeped out on this recording. I don't know if it was live?
Because it was live - the bleeps are added in on the UA-cam clip.

Daniel very clearly says that it's LIVE radio

A load of nonsense. Read the T&Cs
