This is really good! I personally would have used blockbuster, and used the blockbuster player model rather than cropping branzy out, and then touch it up in photoshop But this looks really good, and definitely better than the one made by ai XD
@@smirkyshadow4152 that's fair, though I do have some gripes with Blockbuster (or rather just 1.12 in general) that would make this very annoying to do even on your end compared to just using modern MC • 1.12 has really bad microstutters and inconsistent frame delivery (at least from my testing) and is remedied in versions after 1.13. I also get a lot of value from Sodium's smooth lighting • I use the Fabric mods Camera Utils and Fabrishot to detach my camera from the player and take screenshots at high resolutions (4k/8k) to make cropping and editing the screenshots much easier. In Optifine they have a 1x-4x feature for screenshots but it doesn't have nearly the same amount of granular control • I also use the mod Carpet to generate NPC characters. Conversely, Blockbuster's player NPCs (Fred, Alex) have an incorrectly sized hat layer and I have to change that every single time I place one down in the scene. Overall kind of a pain to use • I take advantage of modern blocks and items, and 9 times out of 10, backport mods like Future MC don't have the functionality that I need to replace those • I use a fast skin switcher (at the moment, Essential Mod but that might change) to take on the persona of my clients when making thumbnails • F3+F4 gamemode switching Besides, MCHorse is working on a modern mod called BBS Studio so Blockbuster is going to be swiftly replaced once it catches on and people start using it en masse
@@BurssTwo BBS is actually already out I'm currently planning on switching to it, my friend Blue says it's really good and better than blockbuster in practically every way I just haven't gotten around to learning it yet I plan on remaking the minecraft movie trailer in BBS as a little pet project to learn the mod, and then move onto something bigger
His intentions were not to use AI in thumbnails, it was an experiment he was running for his second channel to show the problems with ai on youtube. That's why he changed the thumbnail

Hey, making thumbnails is very hard to do, and using ai is not unethical or anything at all. Making thumbnails with ai saves SO much time, and no one should be hating on him for this.
it steals art from real people who put effort into making art, for example if someone uploads a picture of a cute puppy, ai can just steal that image and just process it to make it look "original" basically that, but it steals from MILLIONS of artists, specially in twitter, pinterest, even on youtube they feed generative ai with disney movies, indie animation company series/films, etc. ANYONE can use ai and that's the problem, ai shouldn't be used to make art, it has to be a tool so YOU can make art. and also, the porpuse of ai was never supossed to make art. people shifted its meaning a lot during the phases of DALL-E and such. ai is supossed to be used for industrialization, automation, medical assistance and just to be used for science in general

1.12.2 doesn't work well with my workflow. I'd only use Blockbuster if I absolutely *had* to. There was 0 reason to use it in this thumbnail
